Oxfam America: President Bush's Legacy in Question on Visit to Gulf Coast

Here is one of the latest reports from one of the most renowed aid organization in the world, Oxfam. If you’ve been to Hope City, or been to the Gulf Coast to aid in the redevelopment of the area, you can see slow progress.

Difficult to read knowing that the Hope City efforts are coming to an end partly due to the lack of resources available, not due to lack of work.
