You'd Let Me Know

I can’t say enough about the power of good organization. The difference between bad things, mediocre things, good things, and great things is the level of organizational effectiveness of the person leading. I realize that I am pretty anal about these things and by all means don’t have it figured out, but I try extremely hard.

I believe that it’s really not a choice to be good at organizational effectiveness as a leader, it’s a must. When you’re running a ministry or anything that deals with people, if you fall short, you leave everyone beneath you hanging. Everyone that is counting on you just has been let down because you’ve fail to plan and/or execute properly.

It’s about being aware of what you are doing and what you’re all about. It tells people a lot about how important something is to you. It will drastically effect your reach. It will determine whether your a mediocre organization or a great organization.

I hope I’m being a great organization..

You’d let me know if I wasn’t right?
