Homeowners_ initiative gets city donation | The Journal Gazette

It’s true, we’re going to receive a $5000 CDBG Grant from the city to assist more residents in Fort Wayne. It all started by me requesting maps of the city for an initiative that I’ve been working on. More meetings happened and they offered to donate to the cause and test how we could work together in the future to meet the needs of the most vulnerable in our neighborhoods.

Our faith based mission was supported by them and so we’ll see what happens.

More details to come on where that money will go and how you can help use some of it!
