Weekly Gathering For Retirees or Between Jobbers

NeighborLink has some great volunteers. They’re also extremely determined to stay engaged and make sure those needing assistance get it.

I’m excited to announce that a group of guys have developed a weekly gathering for those who are retired or in between jobs to have a service outlet during the day.

Each week, this group will meet to discuss the previous weeks projects and the projects that are scheduled for that day. This team hopes to do anywhere between 1-3 projects each week.

The format is yet to be finalized.

Tomorrow morning at 8am, the group will be meeting to discuss the details. It’s open for anyone that wants to come and has space in their schedules during the week.

They will be meeting at Rich’s Cafe at 3411 Lower Huntington Rd in Waynedale.

I’ll be there tomorrow as well, so if you’d like to come let me know.
