Tape Recorder

Man..I wish I had a tape recorder in my brain that I could hit record on sometimes. I have these times when I am in deep thought and having a really great conversation with myself about my job or with God, or I’m listening to a great story or something completely random on the radio that I wish I could record.

I wish I could record it because it always seems like I’m in the middle of something when it happens. Like today, I’m running on the treadmill listening to a sermon by Rob Bell on my iPod and thinking about a meeting that I had this morning with two IPFW professors about NLFW being an organization they let classes do projects for. It’s in these times when the computer isn’t near and I don’t have a pad and pen to write things down with that I need it the most.

I think the key to it all would be if I could be in control of what it records and doesn’t right?

Random thought of the day….
