Resources to Volunteers - 5.21.09

Here is a list of things available to you that we have. These are free items to help you get projects done for recipients. You must contact me at andrew@nlfw.org to access these items.

1. Grant Funds: We still have $3,000 in grant dollars waiting to be accessed by NLFW coaches. If you are waiting to help someone due to finances, please fill out the project evaluation form within your coach’s section after logging in. Funds can be accessed in up to $500 increments.

2. Brand New Screen Door - white, traditional sized.

3. Scotts Lawn Patch/Fertilizer - I have 35 bags of lawn patch & 2 bag of fertilizer available. Each bag covers 100 sq ft.

4. Vanity Light Bars - I have two, 3-light vanity bars available.

5. Nuts, Bolts, Screws - I have a variety of buckets of screws, nuts & bolts that can be had for your projects.

6. Chemical Sprayers - I have 2 chemical sprayers that I could loan out to you if you’re trying to help someone control weeds or bugs. I’d need them back but you could use.

7. Gloves - I have recently received maybe 20 pairs of nice work gloves. If you have a project and needs some gloves, I could loan some out.

Andrew Hoffman
I believe that social innovation & the power of a healthy neighborhood can transform communities. I'm the husband of Michelle, father to Avery and the soon to be twin Hoffman Boys. We're the H-Train. We live in a historic neighborhood in South Central Fort Wayne. My day job is the Executive Director of NeighborLink Fort Wayne. Photography has quickly become my go to creative outlet that allows me to capture the moments of life that we hold onto dearly for my family and for others.
