Reducing the chance of children born into low-income and marginalized areas suceeding in breaking the mold. As you read the brief article, makes you really sad that politics and capitalism could be to blame for the failure of this program. Why are we so greedy? Does anyone in power want to do any good for someone else without making sure they get a slice of the pie?
