Question of the Day

Do you ever find yourself talking to people about something that seems so important to you and is deep in the fabric of who you are and your understanding of what life is about only to realize the people you’re talking to are completely disconnected from what you’re saying?

You feel as if the people you’re talking to are the ones who are supposed to get it. They are your community. People you’ve shared your life with for quite awhile.

When the conversation is over, do you feel discouraged because they don’t seem to have the same understanding as you, or do you begin questioning your understanding of what is so important?
