Outstanding Meetings

So far this week, I’ve had outstanding meetings. Having conversations with passionate people who are heavily involved with their community and churches who desire for more to take place between church and community. They see that there are people in desperate need in their communities and are asking themselves, “why isn’t the church helping them out?"

I’ve had three local, Fort Wayne residents call on behalf of their churches to find out more about how NLFW can help them get more involved or gain access to the needs and I’ve had one person call from the Valpo area wanting to know what it might take to make a NeighborLink happen there.

I get so passionate about following the Jesus that loved the least and the lost and talk about how the church should be leading the community development intiatives in any city. So, when I get to have these meetings, I’m excited to talk about how NLFW is trying to advocate on behalf of the voiceless and helpless to churches that want to help.

So, I’m feeling really passionate about things right now..
