New Ohio Friends

Today, a group of young adults and their pastor from Dayton, OH will be embarking on a 3 day micro-mission trip in Fort Wayne. They contacted me a few weeks ago about coming and getting involved with NeighborLink due to the pastor’s connection to Fort Wayne.

We’ve got at least 5 projects lined up so far. They’ll be helping mostly elderly folks with chores around their house such as cleaning, painting and yard work. Everyone of the recipients have spent some time waiting on assistance, so when I spoke with them they were very eager to have some help.

Here’s to a good few days.
