Follow Up: March 15th Service Day

March was a tough month for organizing a NLFW service day. The projects available on the website were a bit of a challenge. Currently, we have a long list of projects that require a lot of resources both in physical talent and financial resources. There just aren’t a lot of easy projects available yet. So the turnout for this past Saturday’s Community Service Day was only a handful of folks.

So, thank you to those that showed up, and I apologize that there were no projects organized for you to join. I even stuck out in the few projects I tried to organized due to the homeowner not available that Saturday. For those that missed out, we had great conversation about what’s going on behind the scenes at NLFW and what it looks like to run the organization.

Please keep a look out for new projects. As the weather breaks, the projects will show up.

Have a great week and connect with me if you’re interested in knowing more about NLFW and how to get involved.
