Winter Training Session - Intentionals & Who is NeighborLink

The NeighborLink 2010 Winter Training Series begins this Saturday and will run through the end of March. Each week we’ll touch on a different topic as it relates to volunteering with NeighborLink and living missionaly in our community.

This Saturday we will be partnering with The Intentionals, an intentional acts of kindness movement that I co-founded, and serve coffee to families waiting in line at Community Harvest Food Bank. On average, there are 600 families served each Saturday and they begin lining up at 6am for the 9a - 11a time window because it’s first come, first serve.

www.theintentionals.com for full details.

We will meet at Fellowship Missionary Church at 7:45am to get organized and then head over at 8am to serve coffee.

We will then come back to Fellowship Missionary Church around 9am for about an hour of more in-depth conversation on Who NeighborLink is and how you can volunteer through our organization.

I hope you can make it.

If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask them.

Have a great week
