Our new website has gone live!

Most of last year was spent analyzing our organization and the process one takes to access projects. We took our findings and began refining the functionality of the website to make it easier for volunteers and coaches to gain access to projects easier.

We launched version 2.0 at the end of October ‘08 utilizing those new functionality tools and programming techniques, but we hadn’t had time to refine the identity of the organization just yet. We are gracious for volunteer designers & programmers that donate their time and respect their time constraints and work within those parameters.

During the last year, my marketing mind continues to analyze the entire image of our organization and the message we’re trying to convey. Therefore, I’ve worked with a friend and graphic designer, Ben, to redevelop our identity and brand image to give a more accurate representation of who NeighborLink is becoming.

All that to say, we’re trying to enhance every one’s experience when they visit www.NLFW.org and interact with us on projects.

We’re extremely thankful to the following Folks:

Bill - Midwest Web Works - He’s been developing our website since the beginning

Aaron - BIG - Aaron has been helping implement design on the website since the beginning as well.

Ben - Freelance Graphic Designer - He’s responsible for our new logo and new website design along with other design items to come in the near future.

All of our Volunteers - You make it possible for NeighborLink to exist because of your dedication to serving those in need. Please continue to pass on your feedback of how our organization can improve your experience through serving.

PS… Copy Writers - If you like to write & edit copy, I NEED You! One thing I am not is a copywriter. Most people might even take offense to my writing, so if you’d be willing to donate your time to read through our website and help us convey our message, I would appreciate it.
