New Campfire Stories

Campfire stories are a special section on the nlfw.org site for people that would like to share their story of how a group of NLFW volunteers served them. Just this past weekend, FMC mobilized 12 work teams throughout the city and I’ve already heard back from a few recipients about those teams.

This was posted directly on the site.

On Saturday the 20th of September Ricardo and his team came by my home and cleaned my yard. The team did a beautiful job. It was six of them and they worked so well together it was really nice to see people out so early in the morning volunteering. God is really good. Thank you Ricardo and team for making my yard look nice.

God Bless you all

I also took a phone call from someone.

Mike received some bush and tree trimming from a small group from FMC. Mike said they did a really great job and was so thankful for their help. Mike also mentioned that he didn’t actually expect any one to come to his assistance yet this year.

Thanks to all who participated from FMC this past weekend as part of their GO Day. Also, a big thanks goes out to 1st Assembly who was also out doing community service and blessing people.
