NeighborLink Resources Available to You

We have many valuable resources available to our volunteers and coaches and I thought it was time for a reminder. Below you’ll find a list of these resources and a brief description of them. PLEASE take advantage of them. If you don’t see something in the list that you wish we had, let me know and I’ll do what I can do.

You can click on the title and it will download a PDF to your computer. You can also find all of these resources on the website once you login to your account. There is a button in your dashboard toolbar that says “Resources."

Project Evaluation Form
The project evaluation sheet is designed as a tool for Coaches to help you organize your project. It also must be filled out if you would like to receive funding or reimbursement for your project expenses. Any request for reimbursement must be approved by me prior to purchasing materials.

2011 Social Services Guide
Here is the official NeighborLink Social Service Resource guide. This will provide you with a list of other nonprofits that serve other areas that we do not cover but often come across at NeighborLink.

Rental Property Policy
We often get calls from people wanting NeighborLink’s help on Rental Properties. This policy answers any questions recipients and volunteers may have about NeighborLink’s philosophy towards assisting these projects. Download and read and feel free to pass along to anyone who may benefit from reading it.

Tips For A Great Project

Here are several tried and true tips that can help you have a great project.

NeigborLink Yard Signs

We now have yard signs for you to have if you’d like to put one out on the project you’re working on. They are 18" x 24" and done on weatherproof material. Download this PDF that outlines their intended use and instructions on how to get one.

How To Register As a Member
This is a step-by-step document that walks you through the online registration process for members. You can email this or print out copies and handout. If your church is trying to get more people involved, this is a great tool to do so.

Exterior Painting Basics
This is a handy guide to review as you plan an exterior painting project. There are many more details that go into an exterior painting project than you think. This is a starting point and we encourage you to add or subtract supplies as you feel necessary.

Tools & Materials
We have a variety of tools and materials on hand. Always give us a call or send us an email to find out what we have.
