Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic September Intake Schedule

Below is some info from an agency here in Fort Wayne called Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic

Here is the intake session schedule for September 2009. All new clients must be referred to an intake session to begin their relationship with NCLC. At intake, clients have the opportunity to speak with an attorney free of charge, where they can get preliminary advice. If they need further assistance, we will decide in the following weeks what we can do for them and send them a letter letting them know the status of their case. Please let your clients know that if they need an interpreter, they should bring one with them to intake so that our volunteer attorneys can better serve them.

Monday, Septembr 14, 5-7 pm

Saturday, September 19, 10-12 noon

Monday, September 21, 5-7 pm

Monday, September 28, 5-7 pm

We are always open to accept referrals. NCLC files immigration paperwork on behalf of clients at no cost to them except the filing fee, where applicable. We also provide services such as housing counseling, preventive legal education classes, and representation in tax controversies and foreclosures.   We have an upcoming immigration law seminar and targeted intake session specifically for clients interested in applying for a Greencard or for family reunification. They can come Saturday, Sept. 26 at 2:00 pm for a short informational seminar, where they will get a ticket necessary to be seen the following Saturday, Oct. 3 at 2:00 pm for a special intake to begin their applications.

I believe that social innovation & the power of a healthy neighborhood can transform communities. I'm the husband of Michelle, father to Avery and the soon to be twin Hoffman Boys. We're the H-Train. We live in a historic neighborhood in South Central Fort Wayne. My day job is the Executive Director of NeighborLink Fort Wayne. Photography has quickly become my go to creative outlet that allows me to capture the moments of life that we hold onto dearly for my family and for others.
