Introducing Team NeighborLink
These are not the official shirts or designs, but will be similar. We will have more information regarding designs, sizing meetings and ordering soon.
Team NeighborLink is our new running and cycling team. We’re putting this team together for two reasons.
- To raise awareness for NeighborLink Fort Wayne
- To raise funds for NeighborLink Projects. We’d like to have enough people on the team to raise $2000 in 2011, which would be around 40-50 people.
We want to see runners, cyclists and general outdoor recreation enthusiasts wearing our gear this summer all over Fort Wayne.
By joining the team we hope you would wear the gear in any competitive events you choose to enter and wear it anytime you’re going to be training in large groups or with other members of Team NeighborLink.
Team Details
We’re requesting a donation to join either team. Your donation will cover the cost of the gear you choose as well as provide a donation towards the $2,000 goal.
Running & Outdoor Team - Full Kit: $100 - Includes a shirt and shorts
Running & Outdoor Team - Shirt Only: $75
Cycling Team: $175-$200 (Still sourcing producer) - Includes jersey and shorts (Commitment needed by April 1st in order to make an order by April 15th for cycling team. 10 members needed)
If you’d like to provide your own gear, we’ll ask for a $30 donation for each item to cover cost of printing and donation to NeighborLink. We’ll also request that the items be new and in the color palette of Blue, white or gray.
We’re still working out the details, so if you have ideas, comments or suggestions, please pass them on. This is for you, the runner or cyclist that desires to support a cause while training and competing this year.
