Great American Cleanup - Update

I have the final info on where the group of NeighborLink volunteers will be cleaning up at. We’ll be just south of the Harrison St viaduct doing debris cleanup and weed/brush removal.

We are collaborating with the Downtown Improvement District and the Broadway Business Group on this project. Over 300 volunteers are expected just in our areas, which are all focused on the viaducts as you head north into downtown. Over 4,000 volunteers are expected in total throughout Fort Wayne. It’s going to be a great day.

If you’re already planning to volunteer with us or would like to, we’ll be meeting at Come2Go Ministries on Baker St just behind Parkview Field and next to the Baker St Train Station.

Be there by 9am and bring your favorite pair of gloves, a gas powered weed eater if you have one and be ready to get a little dirty.

You can email or call me if you have questions.
