Encouraged

Last night I was invited to talk about NeighborLink and ways to get involved serving with a group of about 15 high school students and young adults. It was awesome. I was so encouraged by this groups desire to follow Christ and recognize that serving is a vital part of that process. I was able to share my story of how I became the director of NLFW and the events that marked my life to be more aware of those in need. I wish I had as much enthusiasm as this group. I pray that they will be impacting some lives in major ways, including their own.

I believe that social innovation & the power of a healthy neighborhood can transform communities. I'm the husband of Michelle, father to Avery and the soon to be twin Hoffman Boys. We're the H-Train. We live in a historic neighborhood in South Central Fort Wayne. My day job is the Executive Director of NeighborLink Fort Wayne. Photography has quickly become my go to creative outlet that allows me to capture the moments of life that we hold onto dearly for my family and for others.
