2 Volunteer Opportunities This Saturday (9.18)

Moving Project - Fellowship Missionary Church GO Day

My friend Jeff Shatto, FMC Coach, fell a little short on volunteers this month for their Go Day coming up this Saturday. He’s leading a team on a couple moving projects & could use some more help.

You can either meet at Fellowship Missionary Church on Tillman Road at 9am and join FMC’s GO Day kickoff or you can choose to meet Jeff directly on site of the first moving project.

He needs 4-6 people for both projects. He’s got the moving truck and just needs the muscles.

You can contact Jeff directly to commit to his projects:

Paint Scrapers Needed - Queen Anne’s Vineyard

Queen Anne’s Vineyard is a homeless veteran’s shelter on the Southeast side of Fort Wayne. They have been working on this home for the past several years as they knock project after project off of their list. The house is fully operational and also includes a food bank that serves quite a few families each week.

Ann Bryant, who is the director of the house, needs help scraping the outside of the house to prepare it for paint. She’s getting pressure from her insurance company to get the house at least primed for the winter.

She needs a handful of people to designate some time this Saturday or any other day that works, to come and help tackle this tedious project.

Contact Ann directly by calling her at:
260.456.8216

It’s currently listed on the website at project 1270. Please take the project if you chose to help her out.
