Rufener Wedding

Rufener Wedding - October 2012 - Huntington, IN

I'll start off by stating that I'm not a wedding photographer. I don't claim to be nor do I see myself ever becoming one. However, I do enjoy being asked from time to time to do one, especially when it's for friends. I always make sure that they swear they understand that I'm not a traditional wedding photographer and that asking me to do this for them comes with inherit risk. Once we get through all that business and we both agree that we're a good match, I love it.

My long time friend from college, Jeremy,  finally decided to marry his longtime girlfriend, Kate. They've been a perfect couple since they first started dating. I was honored to be asked to take photos of their wedding because I enjoy them so much, they were going to have their wedding at an incredible location in the middle of fall, and because what better wedding gift could I give than images from their wedding.

You might be wondering why it took me over a year to get these photos finished and posted. Well, you'd just need to know Jeremy and Kate to know why. I hope you guys love them and actually print a few.
